New Google Ranking And Advertiser Options

Every morning I wake up and turn on my computer so that I can start working. Every time I do this I take a look at the image on my desktop, which is an image that I made with Photoshop:

internet-marketing.jpg

I look at this image every day so that I can visualize Court’s Internet Marketing School reaching the #1 position in Google for the keyword ‘internet marketing‘. I firmly believe that it’s going to happen. I don’t know when, but I have the momentum and the brand to make it happen.

Right now, depending on the data center you pull up, you will find CourtneyTuttle.com ranked #6, #7, or #8 in Google. If you live outside the U.S. this will probably be different. For obvious reasons I’m focusing my efforts on the U.S. version of Google (not that I don’t love having people on the site from other countries – I definitely do).

Court’s E-book Coming Soon

Most people that ask me how I’m doing this believe that behind the scenes I’m a mad black-hatter. I can tell you right now that I want nothing to do with dark SEO practices – I am doing this by creating a brand and providing the right content that makes sense to people. It would take me all week to explain everything that’s going on behind the scenes so I’m not going to be able to do it right here, right now. However, I can tell you that I have an e-book in production that will explain everything.

Advertising Options On CourtneyTuttle.com

The key to getting ranked in Google for a major keyword is brand development, and paid advertising can help you to develop your brand more quickly. I look at sites like ZacJohnson.com, who has clearly launched his brand with paid advertising, and I realize that I could have reached my current level much more quickly if I would have paid some money to develop my brand in the beginning.

Paid Review
In order to help people to establish solid brands, I am going to start offering a paid review service. This service really won’t have much to do with the b.s. reviews that are happening everywhere in the internet. This service will give you legit feedback on what you’re doing right, and what you’re doing wrong. It will definitely help you to create some buzz if you are doing it right, and will expose to you critical errors that are holding back your brand.

At my old job my company charged about $300 per hour for this kind of service – and I’m going to offer it to you for $100. I’m not going to sell any PageRank with this so the links will have nofollows on them. They will be there to help you to generate traffic, buzz, and to provide editorial background. You can expect your paid review to be at least 400 words and it will be on the top spot on the homepage for at least 12 hours. If you’re interested in buying a paid review, you can use this button to complete your transaction:

125×125 Sponsorship Button (currently available)
125x125 Sponsorship ButtonThe 125×125 sponsorship buttons appear on each of the 1000+ pages of CourtneyTuttle.com in the right sidebar below ‘sponsors’. Animation is allowed, but no flash or javascript.

There will never be more than eight 125×125 buttons, and button locations will load randomly on every impression to give each advertiser the same amount of exposure. Pricing is currently set at $60 per month with a minimum of two months. After that your advertising will be month to month and can be terminated with notice of at least 30 days.

If you’re interested in buying a sponsorship button, use the following button to complete your subscription:

Text Links (currently available)
Text links will be placed in my Rockin’ Sites section of my sidebar. The current price for a text link is $20 per month. There will never be more then 10 Rockin’ Sites to preserve the advertising value of the links. I do not sell links that pass PageRank. The text links I sell are for advertising and branding only and have ‘nofollows’ on them. Text links are purchased on a month-to-month basis and can be terminated by either party with at least 30 days notice.

  1. I truly believe you will be in that spot to. Thats why I like this site. Its not a B.S site that just says you can do it, you can make it, but with no real solid help on how to be successful. I wish you the best Court, and thank you for all the help along the way you have given me!

  2. I am new to this world of SEO and monetizing. I am so happy that I found your site. I have no idea how I got here but whatever you are doing is working. Your information is clear and easy to follow. Thank you so much for your help and insights.

  3. I know you would never mention it Court but your readers could help you achieve this goal by linking to you from their sites using the anchor “Internet Marketing” in the link instead of “Court” – people with related sites of course will work best.

Love to see you on top.

    Great work as always.

No doubt Grizz. That’s one of those things that you can’t really ask for unless you want to get yourself in John Chow-like trouble lol.

The changing of my brand to Court’s Internet Marketing School made a huge difference in that area. I’m getting quite a few links now with ‘Court’s Internet Marketing School’ as the anchor, and although it isn’t an exact match it helps more than links with ‘Court’ as the anchor.

The funny side effect of course is my #7 ranking for ‘Court’ in Google. The traffic is garbage though because they’re obviously looking for the legal system type of court. One more reason I can’t use Adsense here.

      1. In my most recent article I used that phrase to link to you. Hope you don’t mind that it’s in the middle of a bit of satire focused on “you know who” when it comes to paid reviews.

  4. Well you are the expert Court. you know the drill. Anyway I believe if you put internet marketing in the beginning of your description meta tag you could jump at least one spot. but to leap over marketingtips ooooooo…you need more strong link. IMO if it come naturally to the top you will be difficult to dethrone. so go that route. the longer the journey the more good feeling you will get.

  5. CONGRATULATIONS COURT!

I am in Denver and you are #7 on my datacenter for – internet marketing.

I wonder how many people reading your blog are able to grasp what a tremendous accomplishment this is.

Seriously, it takes some pretty big brass ones to wake up one morning and choose “Internet marketing” as the keyphrase you want a 1st page ranking in Google for!

Your arrival at the 7 spot is without question the most clear proof that your methods work – and that everyone should follow your work and read your blog.

  6. Congratulations on reaching the Number 1 spot for the popular keyword.

Although I will not have the resources to pay for an ad in your blog, I will be eagerly anticipating for your ebook.

  7. Question on the topic of advertising…with my first site I used Adwords to drive traffic to my address. One of the things I noticed was that each time my ads ran, Google indexed a link back to my site from the site where the ad ran. Do you think this helps with page rank at all?

  8. Great site court, nice and simply yet highly effective words!

My link on your site is proving very effective and generating some great traffic results to for my site.
