Wow, today I’m feeling a lot better! Physically I’m feeling pretty good, but it’s mentally that I can tell the biggest difference. I woke up this morning again, and did 30 minutes of cardio at the gym before starting my work day. While I was working out, I felt a little more tired than I did yesterday – that was expected.
Today I have noticed that my thoughts have been a lot clearer – it has been a lot easier to concentrate. Today, when I was writing my post for tomorrow morning it was a lot easier for me to visualize my ideas than it was yesterday. Yesterday I wrote the article about article marketing, and it took me quite a while because my concentration just wasn’t up to snuff! I’m not having that problem at all today. I’m not back to my normal self, but I’m feeling a lot more creative and my ideas are conceptualizing a lot more easily.
I’m definitely glad that I started this little experiment with exercise, I’m starting to feel like it was just what I needed. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better!

hey that is awesome that you are trying out the morning workout. I actually wrote an article about it and am a strong believer in it, but just find it hard to do it for an extended period of time (Especially when I am working two jobs until july and have zero time)
Here is the article if you are interested:
